Not you typical therapist.
I am originally from a small ex Soviet Union country, Republic of Moldova, where I have studied Psychology for four years at the Free International University of Moldova. During my university studies I had a special interest for human sexuality. I became a sex educator for teenagers and a sexual health advocate. After I completed my studies I got married and became a mother.

When things became not enough for me, I moved to Italy, fell inlove with it, it`s people, culture and food and learned Italian. It was still not enough, and after only a few months I continued my adventure to Switzerland with zero French in my pocket and a strong disgust for stincky cheese. It did not seem like an easy path. Years of integration and learning French have past, I overcame my fears, became a volunteer firefighter, got divorced, studied sexology and sex therapy in Geneva and Lausanne at Medipsy and became a sex and couples therapist.
Why a sex and couples therapy? Because I strongly believe in people, in their capacities to overcome fear, stygma, shame, and I believe that our sexuality is what gives taste to our everyday life, is our playground when we become an adult, the space were we are the most vulnerable and exposed, the space where we heal, where we feel empowered, protected and pleasured in every possible way.
I am here for you to share my knowledge, to listen, help and provide support, even when everything seems impossible.
I am a follower of the Integrative and Sex positive Approach in Sex Therapy which is why I use different therapy models and tools that I adapt to my clients based on their needs and the difficulty they are facing.
Therapy models and some of the tools that I use:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT- which allows me to help people accept how they feel, anchor in the present moment, disbelieve all the thoughts they have and identify life values and what they need to live life, the relationship, the sexuality they want.
Emotion Focused Therapy – allows me to help people surface their deepest emotions with vulnerability and trust and connect with themselves, their emotions and loved ones in their lives, heal wounds and learn to create connection.
Sexoanalysis – allows me to work with the subconscious, with sexual fantasies and with the erotic self.
Sexocorporel – helps to give the body its place, which is fundamental in sexuality, to teach people to remove blocks, through their body, that prevent them from exploring pleasure.
Sex is always about emotions, good sex is about free emotions and bad sex is about blocked emotions
